The purpose of the Lotus Exchange is simple:- to transform the tension and fatigue in your workplace into alertness, stamina and greater productivity. Whether you are a doctor, a lawyer, a banker, a farmer, a pop star or a politician we will help you to obtain better results in your work and give a better service to your clients.

Ailon Freedmanan

The Lotus Exchange was founded by Ailon Freedman who initially trained in Yoga whilst at Bristol University where he was President of the Yoga Society. Between 1989-1991 he continued his Yoga education in India, studying with an assortment of diverse Yoga and Meditation teachers.

During the mid 1990’s, Ailon also worked by day in a pharmaceutical export house and became intimately aware of the stresses, strains, headaches and pains of everyday office life. The experience of both Yogic peace and corporate stress inspired Ailon to set up the Lotus Exchange in 2001, in order to apply the benefits of the former to the ills of the latter.

For 10 years, Ailon was one of the UK's hardest working yoga teachers- running not only The Lotus Exchange, but also a remedial practice in Harley Street, teaching yoga to England footballers (such as goalkeeper David James) and working as a yoga model and expert for The Times.

Ailon now spends his time speaking on wellbeing and stress-management at corporate conferences and events, delivering high-energy Corporate Funk activities for The Lotus Exchange and on his own personal artistic and comedy career (www.ailonfree.co.uk).
